Better Than Sex Roast Potato Seasoning

The roast potato seasoning to end all roast potato seasonings. Instructions: Parboil your tatties, drain, shake, generously scatter the seasoning over them and shake again. Roast in a preheated tray of hot oil or goosefat at 200C for 25 mins [shake again halfway through]. Turn down to 180C and bake for approx another 30 min until golden brown. Will make aprox 1.5kg of roast potatoes.
