Shipping Costs

We aim to dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days using our trusted courier service. Where possible we recycle all the packaging we receive, trying to do our bit for the environment.

Our standard UK delivery rates are £7.50. However, for larger or heavier items the postage and packaging prices may vary. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss delivery.

Also some larger items of furniture may not be eligible for home delivery and are collection from store only. If this is the case we will contact you to arrange collection.

My order has not arrived what do I do?

Don't worry, all of our parcels are sent recorded so we are able to track them. If your order has not arrived please contact us on 01858468764 or email us, quoting your order number and we will give you your tracking number which locates your parcel. 
Can I collect my order?

Of course! If you wish to collect your order from our store you can contact us on 01858468764 or via email to place your order.
