Do you offer next day delivery?    If you require next day delivery please contact the shop before placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?  With Royal Mail & Parcel Force, we aim for your delivery to arrive within 2-5 working days. 
Can I choose the courier?  Unfortunately not. For larger orders we use Parcel Force and smaller parcels we use Royal Mail. 
Can furniture, larger items be delivered?  For all products that are unavailable for delivery will have a statement in their product description. These items will only be available for in-store pickup.

Consumers Rights Act, Delivery

The Consumer Rights Act of 1 October 2015 states that the retailer is responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by you, or by someone you have nominated to receive them on your behalf such as a neighbour.

There is a default delivery period of 30 days during which the retailer needs to deliver the goods to you unless a longer period has been agreed.
