RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHEN YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return goods to us, in their original condition, and packaging where possible, for a full refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, where possible, in which they were received, including the outer box or we with hold the right to a refund.
For fragile items please ensure these are protected and safely packaged.
Items that come in individual printed boxes or with screws/instructions must be returned with all correct packaging and parts.
Printed boxes must be packed within an outer box to ensure they do not get damaged or marked in transit.
Print and enclose your order confirmation email within the parcel. Please leave a note on the reverse side why you are returning your items. This will help us to process your return and refund as quickly as possible.
Due to our competitive flat rate delivery fee, delivered with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, no matter what parcel size, we do not offer paid returns.
*If items are damaged upon receipt, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved, and item has been returned to the shop a refund will issued. Please notify us of proof of postage.
Please ensure a proof of postage is requested, as we are not liable for items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage.
We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in the condition in which they were received.
We will issue your refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Once we confirm your return, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid upon purchase or replace/exchange the item as requested.
A refund can only be credited back to the original card used to purchase the items.
Refunds for items received as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you would like to exchange an item, we cannot stop the original purchaser from knowing.
If an item is returned to us after our returns period has ended, and/or without advising us first, or a legitimate reason, we will not be able to offer a full refund. In these circumstances we can only offer an exchange or a part credit onto a gift voucher/e-voucher.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you wish to simply exchange a product e.g. for a different colour, this must satisfy all the conditions set out in the returns policy. In addition, if being carried out by post or courier, then this cost is borne by the customer. For such returns please contact the shop in the first instance by email, then send your item to: 6/7 CHURCH SQUARE MARKET HARBOROUGH, LE16 7NB. Bagel&Griff cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items returned by this method.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have the right to return or cancel your order, in respect of products made to your unique specification or products sealed for health protection / hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them.
Further Items that cannot be returned include:
- All ex-display merchandise and sale items.
- Toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken.
- Products sold via Bagel&Griff Outlet
- Products in the sale section.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received the agreed refund, after checking directly with your bank or credit card company, then please contact us as a matter urgency via email at email@example.com.
