Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange or credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, then its return is not available.
For any item, damaged or missing parts when received by you, then please contact the store immediately and, if possible, please take and send us a photograph of the item to email@example.com. Naturally if the damage has been caused in transit, or by supplier omission, then a replacement item will be sent to you free charge.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately this does not apply to sale items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm safe receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank/credit card or original method of payment.
Alternatively, you may bring the product into the store with proof of purchase, and one of our members of staff will process your return. If the product passes inspection your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank/credit card or original method of payment. (Due to the current situation, this option is not available at present).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received the agreed refund, after checking directly with your bank or credit card company, then please contact us as a matter urgency via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to simply exchange a product e.g. for a different colour, this must satisfy all the conditions set out in the returns policy above. In addition, if being carried out by post or courier, then this cost is borne by the customer. For such returns please contact the shop in the first instance by email, then send your item to: 6/7 CHURCH SQUARE MARKET HARBOROUGH, LE16 7NB. Bagel&Griff cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items returned by this method.
Items Excluded from Returns
Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have the right to return or cancel your order, in respect of products made to your unique specification or products sealed for health protection / hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them.
Further Items that cannot be returned include:
- All ex-display merchandise and sale items.
- Toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken.
